After we were done, there were a few people like family, friends and classmates to review our film opening. There is always room for improvement, but there wasn't a single person that didn't ask "What happens next?" The plot was so happening that the test audiences were intrigued and entertained at all times. And it wasn't even that the audiences were of the same age. We got an overall positive response from everyone and that helps us grow as individuals, and as a group.

CCR Question 4
How did you integrate technologies (online, hardware and software) into this project?
Draft:
The script for this question:
"In this project, we used various types of technologies and incorporated them in pre-production, production and post-production. Our skills developed through these technologies.
For pre-production, we used online technologies such as search engines like Google. I used Google to get ideas and visualize the film opening whereas, for some of the audios, I also used YouTube to convert videos into audios. For example, the typing sound is actually not the sound from the keyboard that was being used.
For the time of the production, for the shooting, we used a Nikon camera with different lenses to create different effects such as focus pull. Then we also used an iPhone 12 and an iPhone 13 for our shooting. To stabilize the movement, we used a phone gimble as well as a camera gimble for a day. We also used a tripod at the beginning for testing and trialling. This really helped with the stability and helped us understand the tools and tricks to figure it out.
For post-production, we used adobe premiere and Alight motion. Most of the editing was done on premiere whereas the title making was done on ‘Alight motion’. Everything from the transition to the title credits was done on premiere whereas for the title we used alight motion specifically. I tested on different colours and fonts within the app and after a while, it fell into place, even though it was a new experience.
This process more importantly not only taught us to integrate technologies but also taught us how they are used and why they’re so helpful"

Working on the CCR questions (A basic draft)
Here are just the questions with the content I want to include:
How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?
- There's a representation of gender with specific roles. There's a clear differentiation
- The guy
- Scene 1:Working male (stereotypical)
- Scene 2: Back for revenge (seems like)
- The girl:
- Scene 1: Murderous
- Scene 2: Working female
- No race representation (because they're the same race)
- No sexuality representation (nothing related to sexuality mentioned)
- No Age representation (Same age) although age may be represented as it is stereotypical to cast people playing teens or people in their 20s as representation of the "active age group"
How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
- Suspense
- Eye-opening
- Excitement
- Thriller
- Leaves the audience hanging, wanting them to know more
How did your production skills develop throughout this project?
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Adjusting to last-minute changes
- Learning from our mistakes
- Overall journey
- Finding out our strengths
How did you integrate technologies - software, hardware and online - in this project?
- Nikon DSLR (D3300)
- iPhones
- Gimble/Tripod
- Adobe Premiere and Alight motion
- Audios (Vid - Audio conversion)

Near the ENDD
After filming, producing, and a lot of hard work, we've come to this point where we'll reflect on our work. Creative Critical Reflection. It's time to look back and see our progress from beginning to end.

Title making
For making the title, I used another software and then I sent it to our main editor so it could be added to the film opening. The application used was "Alight Motion". The making of the title was done on my phone, where I then emailed it to our editor.
These are just a few examples of the process where a few things seemed to go wrong. For example, in the first video, I thought that the format would be in png but it wasn't and the pixilated version seemed more put together compared to the shakey one.

Production Logo
Our production logo is simple and easy. "A BM PRODUCTION" It's just an inside joke among us and we weren't looking for anything too specific so it worked out fine,

Reshoot for that one scene that went wrong
Okay, I know we were really hoping that we wouldn't have to shoot again, but here we are. Just this last time. We were going over the shots and we found out, for a few seconds, when the guy gets up and starts walking, his head cuts off a little bit. And for the cherry on top, all of the shots for the 3 second bit, had his head cut off.
Luckily, that was shot in our school and we could go there to shoot again and this time, thankfully, it didn't take longer than 15 minutes. That was a relief. :)
Including credits
For the credits in the opening, we tried to not get too specific and we wanted to keep it simple. Although it was not limited to these
Credits being:
- Directed by Aleeta Naushad
- Cinematography by Rameen Osman
- Written by Leena Khurram (Me)
- Starring Farhan Arshad
- And also Rastte Basharat Dar
Sound Recording
For most of the scenes, we couldn't use the original audio because there was too much background noise and we didn't use any specific mics. We decided to do a voice-over for the scene where the guy is talking on the phone and another voice-over for when the girl leaves the car while talking on the phone as well.
For the specific details, we had them record themselves on their phone's recorder with the given script and then we asked them to send it to our editor.

Sound mixing and editing
Specifically for the sound, we had to use voice overs and audios that we could find from the internet. We had a voice over for when the guy was talking on the phone and for when the girl was on the phone, getting out of the car. Added sounds include the scream sound, the phone ring, the phone notification, the typing, the heavy breathing, and the traffic.
For the audios, I would convert them from videos to audios, then send them to Aleeta(editor).
For the background music, great job to our editor (Aleeta Naushad) for finding specific music that fit the genre as well as the plot.
