Making Props

For a significant amount of the props, I had a contribution on what to do and how to do it. Before, we were deciding to use a real knife as we only needed to lift it up and not stab, but as there was a huge risk issue, we decided that someone should make it.

To start off, we got some reflective, silver cardboard paper. Then, I searched up some ideas of knives to get an idea of what the shape should be (my search had become questionable after this). Moving on, after I  cut the shape I was wondering what we could stick it to so it looks real. For that, I grabbed an actual knife to examine it and then decided to use a spatula.

For the blood, we used some gelatin, food colouring and some water. The colour was a little less pigmented compared to what we wanted, so we used some dry-erase marker ink. Since the fake blood was left out for some time, it began to clump a little so that intentionally made it more realistic.
